I went looking for surfers everywhere and couldn’t find anybody, not even beginners taking advantage of the little peelers at Los Perros.
Colorado was empty too, not one single soul or a single fin out there.
Some of the waves looked promising but the wind was blowing really hard, making it difficult to make the final decision and get in the water.
Most of the residents just went out to the pool and the bar to talk about better surfing days, while the kids played on the sand.
Look who decided to retire here at Hacienda Iguana… Tom Hanks’ sidekick Wilson from the movie Cast Away!
Finally! one little adventurer who went out to catch some waves!
Sadly he didn’t catch anything, seemed like he was having trouble with the big board he was using. Well, it’s always better to be in the water! Hopefully tomorrow there will be less wind and more surfers. Cheers!

Hey amigos! Josh back behind the lens for the next few days. Wednesday was a let down compared to what was forecasted. It was not 4ft @ 16 sec as projected by Surf-lie haha. The sets were good when they came, but there was one quality set every 20 minutes roughly. It was a waiting..
