Somewhere in Nicaragua
Hi and welcome to your daily surf report. This is Lucha Libre Garcia reporting from down south. I am a little sick but I keep doing my thing, hoping not to get worse because I am not feeling good. I want to be out there to capture all the action for this little swell. Head high waves on the bigger sets, warmer water and lighter winds= sick waves!!! Check out the lineup!
Mr Akamai made it out right before dark and he was taking some nice ones. Check him out nabbing a sick right hander.
The local boys were killing it, as always. Augusto La Gaviota Chamorro is caught here with a sick vert on this peeler.
Machete Pt was going off and there were only two guys out. Where are you Codo?
La Bestia Calderon was attacking some sick sections on some of the bigger waves of the day. Way to go Rex!
Quite a few international dudes were out, taking lots of fun ones. Here is caught this unknown rider working on his backside!
Did I mention that Machete Pt was firing? Perfect peeler rolling all the way in to the beach with no takers. Woooooooooo!!!
La Gaviota Chamorro was throwing some huge hacks all over. Lots of power on this one, uhhhh!
Juancito La Mosca de La Perra was one of the two guys that were out at Machete Pt. About to throw the lip off the back on this section.
A few international dudes were ripping it up as well. Sick off the top for this pale rider!
Sick backhand off the top for this buddy. Everyone was so happy to score some waves that nobody was worried about the water temperature.
Lots of empty ones too. We need more surfers to take these waves.
One last action shot for today’s report. It was a great and fun day so we are hopping to get more tomorrow!
