Somewhere in Nicaragua
Welcome everyone to the Sunday surf report. This is Jairo “Come Pan” Panic bringing you all the news from the beach directly to your desk to enjoy a beautiful surf day with us down here. Today we went to Maderas expecting to get some overhead waves, but unfortunately, when we got there we found the waves were a little bit smaller than yesterday. It was running about chest to shoulder high on sets, the wind was offshore all day and the water was really nice. Check it out.
We are pretty close to Easter season so everyone decided to pack up and head out to the beach to have a really good time. For the first surf shot of the day we have Norwing “EL Chulin” Estrella with this nice maneuver on this right.
Today we had a nice family from Managua who decided to spend their weekend off in our town and enjoy some beach time. This is Juan Carlos Castillo taking off on this great looking left. Good job my friend.
It looks like the girls decided to take the day off as well. They decided to go to the beach to get some sun and enjoy the wonderful water conditions. This is Claire from Holland who has been traveling in our country for a couple of weeks. Here we caught her lying down on the sand and enjoying the sunny day.
Today was a perfect day to take the big panga out and grab some fun waves as well. This is Jose “El Espanol” Guilleme representing the Managua crew as well. Here he is riding this small but sweet left. We are really happy you guys are having a fun day.
We were super stoked to see our good buddy Gerdito “El Polita” Herera in the water today because he has been out the surf action for a while. Here he is showing us a huge fan of water on this left. That was sick buddy!!!
For the last surf shot of the day we have this cool shot of this unknown rider making a nice snap on this smooth left. I hope you liked my surf report for today. The waves should be about the same tomorrow so be sure to check back with us!!!

The swell continues…It’s dropped of a tiny bit since yesterday but it’s still overhead on sets and offshore. The water also warmed up a little and a few of us were able to skin it for the first time in weeks. First light, nobody out, surf by yourself for 2 hours – this is why..
