It’s unusual to see white caps on top of the indicator, and when you see it, get ready because it’s coming baby!

The sets were big, heavy, fast and scary, but also beautiful.

With just a few surfers in the water, there were many, many perfect waves gone unridden.

There were less than 10 surfers in the water, most of them getting some really nice barrels.

Most of the waves in between sets had a great shape and better suit for riding them.

People around the world are staying inside… well, the local surfers are just trying to follow the rules.

The foreigners that call Colorado Home are just doing the same.

@Carlosdecolorados was out… actually in, because he spent more time in the shade than out in the sun.

Jason was another local scoring some of the barrels of the day.

Check out Carlos with a gnarly vertical drop on this perfect left.

Followed by a gnarly full-speed barrel.

Today’s winner of the Ride of the Day award goes to Jason… here he’s setting up his line.

Since the beginning he knew he had picked the right line, he started to celebrate right away!

Holding the line and controlling the speed while enjoying the view.

He went deep inside the monster’s throat.

And he stayed tall and committed all the way until the monster’s fangs went down blocking his way out. It was beautiful!

Second place goes to Carlos on this beautiful right. Check out the sequence:

It was a fast one so Carlos was pumping his way through it.

He’s just a master of speed control… dancing on the line between hitting the gas to pass a section and stalling to get deeper in the barrel.

Stalling…

… and putting the pedal to the metal.

And getting out right before getting eaten.

Namaste Sensei Carlos.

I hope today’s report fullfilled its purpose of lifting your mood and taking away all your worries, at least for a few minutes. Stay safe everyone, remember that these waves will be waiting for all of you once this troubled times are behind us. Saludos!
