PLAYA COLORADO
Hello friends from around the world! Is it just me or the days don’t matter anymore? I think it’s Wednesday but, either way, here is the today’s surf report:
Looks like the forecast, that said it was going to be 1-2 feet, was mistaken… today was around double: 2-4 feet ad mid-tide.
The waves were fast and the few surfers in the lineup were having a hard time with them, but not with some of the local residents, this is Hayden finding some shade before the wave closed out.
The waves looked great but the wind and the actual shape of the waves were making the waves really hard to surf them.
Even with the not so good conditions, Kevin still was able to find nice barrels.

This was not only the wave of the day, but also the ride too,
Not bad for a 1-2 feet forecast, right?

Hey amigos. Welcome to Thursday’s late morning report from Colorados. It was clean this AM, but notably smaller. The sets still had enough size to offer up tubitos.
Hey amigos! Josh back behind the lens for the next few days. Wednesday was a let down compared to what was forecasted. It was not 4ft @ 16 sec as projected by Surf-lie haha. The sets were good when they came, but there was one quality set every 20 minutes roughly. It was a waiting..
Hello Tuesday, I checked Colorado in the morning hoping the new swell was going to be showing, but didn’t see much happening yet. So decided to check Panga drops up the beach our local swell magnet. @tonyzphotos reporting.

Beach day!! Sun is out again and waves came up a bit since yesterday so we hauled our asses to the beach and went surfing. Waves were head high on sets, water is still warm, wind is breezy offshore, and while the new energy was a little raw, there were makeable corners to be found..
