PLAYA COLORADO
Super fun waves this morning on the mid to low tide window, got down to the beach around 8:30am and shot for about an hour.. lots of tubes fun sized coming through and some corners and longer peelers too so a nice variety of waves to choose from this AM. It’s looking like another heavenly day here in Nica Land. Come peruse the shots from the morning.
Even with a decent amount of surfers in the lineup this morning there were still some sneaky tubes quietly rolling through unnoticed.
Others were catching the eye of multiple surfers at the same time. They say sharing is caring.. in this case maybe not but with so many waves coming through just chalk it up and go for the next one.
Everybody is hungry for the ride of their life and occasionally that means you might need some Aloe Vera gel to deal with the burns haha.

Koji has been shredding on this wave ever since I met the kid and his brother as well. They excel at everything they set their minds to as you can also see on display at the v-ball court and their good grades in school too these young men are a force.
Taking to the sky! This guy was catching mad air out there this morning.

Speaking of taking to the sky look at that wingspan after the fat floater and coming back in for the reentry and landing.
Big snaps and big buckets of spray off the lip when the local boys get out there to tear up the waves.
How about a couple more of the style of waves that make this place such a priority for any surfer in the world.. getting shacked up is on the top of the list for all surfers and here at Colorado you will consistently have opportunities to make that dream come true.
Again and again this wave will tube after tube after tube until your heart is content. Bring your GoPro and get that First Person POV to make all your friends envious haha
Bring the family and the kids can ride horses on the beach while the surfers catch wave after wave out front. Super fun waves this morning and looking like yet another full day of surf surf surf!
