PLAYA COLORADO
Hello surfers of the world! I’m back! I know y’all missed me the last couple of weeks but I had to take a vacation in Texas (hence the “y’all”) for a wedding (and got my Covid vaccine too).
Even though I was on vacation, I checked the surf report every day (just like most of y’all do)… looks like I missed one of the longest period of continuous big swells hitting the Nicaraguan coast back to back, non-stop! it was pumping ALL THE TIME!!

Once you’re in Nicaragua you can just lay back, stretch your arms and get pitted in front of your friends just like this guy. Really, this could be you!
And if you can’t find (real) friends to come with you, don’t worry, you can bring your camera to film yourself in the barrels and then brag about it later.
This guy is a bragging expert… one ride, different angles, probably a big smile in his face after coming out of the barrel.
The size dropped a little today but the barrels are still here, here’s a boogieboarder enjoying a decent ride.

Hello Tuesday, I checked Colorado in the morning hoping the new swell was going to be showing, but didn’t see much happening yet. So decided to check Panga drops up the beach our local swell magnet. @tonyzphotos reporting.
