Even though I was on vacation, I checked the surf report every day (just like most of y’all do)… looks like I missed one of the longest period of continuous big swells hitting the Nicaraguan coast back to back, non-stop! it was pumping ALL THE TIME!!
If you needs details about how to travel to Nicaragua these days, just hit me up at[email protected]and I’ll be glad to guide you through the process: where to fly, covid tests and protocols at airports and airplanes, I can even help you finding the right rental here at Iguana right in front of Colorado beach… you could be this guy deep in the barrel, showing off your skills at the NSR’s Surf Report anyday!
Once you’re in Nicaragua you can just lay back, stretch your arms and get pitted in front of your friends just like this guy. Really, this could be you!
And if you can’t find (real) friends to come with you, don’t worry, you can bring your camera to film yourself in the barrels and then brag about it later.
This guy is a bragging expert… one ride, different angles, probably a big smile in his face after coming out of the barrel.
The size dropped a little today but the barrels are still here, here’s a boogieboarder enjoying a decent ride.
That’s all for today. I hope y’all (haha, this is the last time, I promise) have a great weekend. Hasta mañana!
RECENT REPORTS
Hey amigos. Welcome to Thursday’s late morning report from Colorados. It was clean this AM, but notably smaller. The sets still had enough size to offer up tubitos.
Hey amigos! Josh back behind the lens for the next few days. Wednesday was a let down compared to what was forecasted. It was not 4ft @ 16 sec as projected by Surf-lie haha. The sets were good when they came, but there was one quality set every 20 minutes roughly. It was a waiting..
