PLAYA COLORADO
Hello everyone, this is Baldo with the Monday surf report… as you probably saw it during the weekend (or the whole last week), the waves have been firing here in Nicaragua, and it will continue like that for a few months, check it out!
The waves dropped a bit in size comparing them with yesterday, which made it more manageable for the normal surfers in the area.
In-between sets the waves were great for some rail action.
You could see everyone having an amazing time throwing big sprays on the shoulders.
Some people just enjoyed the long walls for just cruising, taking a break from the massive waves from the weekend that didn’t allowed much room for anything else than trying to survive the big barrels.
Hey, but after all, this is Colorado, known for its daily barrels and today was no different… there are always barrels to catch!
Compare these barrels from yesterday’s… which ones do you prefer?
If you are not into getting barreled you can also “lay back” and enjoy the ride.
Or maybe enjoy a different kind of ride with your girl.
We definitely enjoy this kind of rides for sure, don’t you think?
After a big weekend like this, Mondays can be difficult for some people so, it’s important to rest and take it easy to recharge batteries for the next few days of more barrels. Cheers!

Hey there party people! We seem to have made it through the week unscathed, despite all the setbacks with our unruly weather conditions. I must say though, I think today was quite possibly the worst. It started off pretty good but deteriorated quickly with that storm front that has been knocking on our door all..
Hi there, the offshore wind come back and looks like gonna stay for the next days. The waves are super fun. All the surfers here were having tubes and making airs, cuts and all kind of tricks. Check it out.
