PLAYA COLORADO
Hello and welcome back to another wonderful day here in Nicaragua! The weather was a bit overcast in the morning which led to a little rainfall around brunch time but the wind was offshore and there is still some swell in the water. Come check it out..
When the set waves came through you could see the energy in the water.. still pumping just a bit longer waits today between sets
Yuji enjoying the weekend out of school time and making sure he gets plenty of water time before having to go back to the grind Monday
There have been a couple of these girls in town that have been absolutely ripping in the lineup and showing everybody how it’s done.
They were here for the first week while it was onshore everyday and they were still out there putting in the work, last couple of days it’s turned around and I’m sure they are stoked to get a real taste of Colorado’s normal conditions
They def earned the top spot today as they were keeping busy out there and trading waves back and forth just super dreamy session
Okay okay let’s make some space on the report for some of the other surfers that were out this morning..
About 20-30 people out this morning when I was shooting and there were two peaks that were breaking super consistently and a couple of peaks that were coming and going as well so it never felt too crowded
A few chicas out taking a long walk on the beach enjoying the morning and I’m sure they were checking out the action happening out in the waves as well.
Nice to see Carlos back in town and in the waves, dude is all smiles and a super quality hombre. Here he is getting pitted like he normally does. Yeeeww Yeah buddy! Happy Friday Ya’ll!!! We had some pretty small, but still fun enough to get out there and get wet and have something refreshing to ride, at least until the new swell that’s hopefully supposed to show up by tomorrow gets here. Enjoy…. it’s TGIF day WHOOP WHOOOP!!!!

Happy Tuesday surf fans! I’m beginning to feel like we’re trapped in some kind of odd groundhogs day prank. We go a few days of nuts rain and then the waves start firing and then it’s back to crazy rain again and repeat. Well, here’s looking at another fun morning of really good waves!
