PLAYA SANTANA
Just a few people paddled out today, which made it easier to work with the conditions. Plenty of waves for everyone!
We even had a Stand Up Paddleboarder with us today. He was getting some long rides.
And, of course, a lot of carvings too. This guy was throwing big sprays every time.
Nice style, right?
Here is another floater, look how crumbly that section was, and this guy knew exactly what to do.
Glassy lefts and rights all day long.
It was so nice and calm that a few people wanted to just sit back and relax while surfing.
But most of the surfers were not thinking about relaxing, they were throwing a good show up and down the beach.
Some of the Santana regulars were not sure to go out, they were all trying to decide if it was worth it or not… guess what they did… they all paddle out!
Look what I found from 2014… if you are thinking about coming to Nicaragua to get barreled, maybe October is a good time to do that, reserve your vacation rental house now and you might have the best barrels of your life!The next few days seem better, come back to check them out. Cheers!

Hey amigos! Welcome to Thursday’s surf report from Colorados. I saw the waves turn on and off about 7 separate times today. The conditions were in constant flux. It just so happened to be that the best window of the day was when I took pictures around 1:00pm.

Hey amigos! Welcome to Tuesday evening’s surf report from Colorados. The swell was bigger and stronger today, but it was very slow between the sets. I think the lack of a secondary swell combined with the sandbars not being in perfect shape made for long waits.

Hello everybody. Today we have the open ceremony of the ten aniversary of NSR in the beach club with good miusic of DJ Jacques and was awasome. I am wasted all ready with all the beers and the good vivra in the zone. The party tomorrow promise to be the best one in the history..
