PLAYA COLORADO
Hello everyone, last night we had a big rain that brought not so desirable conditions through out the day, thankfully the new swell started to show today and got everyone excited!
In the morning I went to Santana, then to Popoyo but it was shitty both spots. Brown shitty and messy shitty so I ended up at Colorado in the late afternoon.
The beach was alive with surfers, horses, bicycles and overall a super nice vibe.
Probably the super nice vibe was coming from the surfers with their style, and the ocean with its energy, dancing together at the waves’ rhythm.
A rhythm best heard from inside of the wave thanks to the best natural surround system of the planet.
I’ve been living on the coast for 16 years (the last 5 in Tola) and Colorado never ceases to amaze me, it’s always good here!
Yes, sure, you might experience some of the worst wipeouts of your life, and brake some of your favorite boards surfing here… but it’s all worth it after getting the best rides of your life.
It could be arguable but, for most of us a ride doesn’t get nominated to the “Best Ride” Award if it doesn’t include at least one barrel, right?
Colorado is the best place for you to win a “Best Ride” Award (or several) to load your brain with memories that will stay with you for a long time, or at least until your next visit to Colorado.
Maybe today will not be considered a Good Day by Colorado standards but the surfers out there knew how to make it look good.

I think today was a good training day for what’s coming tomorrow and Thursday, the forecast say there’s a chance that some of the sleepy beasts will wake up.
It going to be big and heavy everywhere, and the NSR team will be glad to show everyone the best rides of the day.
