Somewhere in Nicaragua
More of the same in Nicaragua from out here at Maderas, the wave size and the wind are still the same. It’s chest to shoulder high on sets and we still have ONSHORE but there are a couple of rideable waves coming through. Check i out.
It’s been raining a lot lately and this morning the skies were overcast, naking though for photos. Here is Edwin
Even with onshore wind there is always somebody in the water snaking other surfers. Come on guys, split your waves and have fun in Nicaragua.
It looks like young Rex wasn’t worried about the onshore wind. He just paddled out and had fun. Here he is smaking the lip.

Short report today – we’ve got waist to chest high surf out here at Maderas. It’s a super nice beach day and as you can see, people are taking advantage. The water is crystal clear so we went diving to catch some dinner. The wind stayed offshore until about 2pm and then turned…
BEACH DAY!!! We put the boat away for a while and went to visit some friends in Rancho Santana (sorry Chris). What we found were pumping waves and offshore winds. Check out this shot from the beach.
