PLAYA COLORADO
Hello everybody. All the people here were waiting for the swell, yesterday in the afternoon. Well, thanks to surfline to have a good swell prediction. The waves are here and nice waves and barrels are rolling all morning. Check it out.
Some bumps are in the South of the beach. Some surfer are there just to get a sick barrel even if they can’t go out.
There are some waves closing out, but for sure you can find a pretty waves with nice barrels if you are in good position.
The direction of the swell is uncommon, so there are more rights working. This right in particular have more makeable waves.
We have the honor of the visit from the North side of the Nicaragua. Mr. Shay O’brien. He is a master surfer in his home break ( The Booooooomp ) and how you can see here is surfing amazing too.
Isaac Rodriguez is here too from the North of Nicaragua and he is ripping. Check how good style he have making tricks.
Occasionally there are a rights in the South of the beach rolling overhead and powerful. There are rip current in this break making more hard to catch this wave.
Lester is trying to made a air in this right and check how high he went. The surf contest is tomorrow and all the locals are crazy, they are pushing his surf level to the limit.

This left is the bigger and the strong wave in our beach break. Check how beautiful is this nugget.
In the mid tide this right start pumping. The people in this peak have a good morning session for sure. Check some of the good waves they taken.

The election of the wave and the position made the difference of have a good one or a closing out wave. This is how look the cleanest.

The waves are not to big, but you can see the seek of the lip of this wave. It is because the swell period is short.

Happy 4th of July! The size of the surf dropped notably today. There were still good sets, but patience was key (again). Hard to believe there were no takers on this one!
