For most of us spoiled surfers that live here in the land of the perennial offshore winds and impeccable conditions, today was not even worth to get in the water… but for others, could count like amazing session.

Just a few minutes after coming to the beach it started raining again, making it difficult to take good photos of the not-so good surf.

While I was looking for some cover to protect the camera from the rain, I noticed how fast Pili’s Staff took down all the hammocks around the Club house so they can be dry and ready for clients to chill without getting chilled.

With these conditions the crowd was thin… only 6 guys in one spot, the rest of the beach was totally empty.

It amazed me how there are surfers that always find a way to drop in on others, it doesn’t matter the conditions, it doesn’t matter if there are only two guys, they seem to always be ready to f*ck with you.

If you are use to surf in this conditions then it’s probably super fun with so many random peaks appearing all over the place… so many possibilities!

I guess it’s the perfect conditions to practice aerials with many ramps popping up in front of you.

If you don’t like the conditions of today, you can always pretend you are riding this waves painted at the bar, accompanied by a refreshing, full of alcohol drink.

If you can’t handle being out of the water looking at the waves, you definitely can have some fun if you are patient enough to wait for the right one.

You could even share a peak with your friend!

According to the forecast (at least on Magicseaweed) it’s showing perfect offshore conditions throughout today and all the week, so let’s cross our fingers that they only messed up today, and tomorrow will be perfect! Hasta mañana!
