PLAYA COLORADO
Hello world and welcome back for another dose of Nica surf from here in Tola! The waves are waist high but the vibes are sky high, it is another beautiful day out and although the season is coming to an end around here we have more swell on the forecast and tons of smiles throughout the community year round.
The water is still warmer then a mid summer day in San Diego and with the light offshore winds and light crowds the surf is still lots of fun.

Everybody was getting plenty of opportunities to catch some waves and smack some lips this morning on the low tide surf session.
Iyla with a big smile on her face as she gets some knee high waves and rides them all the way to the sand. Yeeeew!
Grom shredder! Something tells me this little dude is gonna be back here regularly and in a decade he’ll be pushing the limits of surfing as groms always do.
Every so often a little pulse of extra energy would arrive and give the guys out there a chance for a head dip or quick cover up.
Something magical about the waves here, even when the waves are only waist high we will still get some little tubers coming through.

You don’t have to be a surfer to enjoy the beaches here in Tola though, these lovely ladies were enjoying a beautiful sunny day walk on the beach and bathing in the warmth of the mid-day sun.
The V-ball community here is pretty solid too and has been getting more and more competitive, with that comes court upgrades and the man responsible for much of the upgrades is our dude Adam from Maui who has put in his time effort and funds to improve the court. Today he is adding a light that will allow us to play deep into the night, thank you Adam you’re the man!

As always it has been a pleasure to bring you a sample of some of our wonderful coastline and a taste of what is happening around the community. We have a bit more swell coming this weekend and surely we will get some juicy waves in the next few days. Hello Monday, The swell continues into today with some cleaner conditions. There were some long waits, but for the few patient people in the water there was some glory to be had. @tonyzphotos reporting.

Hi everyone! Welcome to Saturday’s surf report from Panga Drops. The swell definitely began to fill in today. The main challenge was the wind and extreme tides. This morning the tide was low, and the swell was just starting to fill in, but the wind was favorable which was good.

Hey there amigos!!! Well, today we had a bit of a nice break from the monotanty of onshore madness and things were looking very good when I arrived at the beach early this morning. However todays weather moods were all over the place and in every direction… but one thing is for sure…. the surfing..
