PLAYA COLORADO
Hello everyone, how are you been doing these days? The NSR team has been working hard (in between sessions) to keep you up to date with the surf conditions… take a look at today’s surf!
While keeping all our rental properties in prime shape and ready for your next vacation we go to the beach to check out the surf at least twice per day for two reasons:
Reason #1: We want to surf! The bug is still strong in all of us, specially living at Hacienda Iguana right in front of Colorado.
Reason #2: We are kind of proud of where we live and we love to make everyone jealous of what we have.
Reason #3: We want to make you jealous not just for fun (insert evil laugh here) but also because we want to share the “stocked” with all of you… there are so many waves here that everyone should come enjoy them with us!
Wait, hold on, take you turn… too many people at once will leave everyone with a bad taste of Nicaragua. As I said, there are plenty of waves but if all of you decide to come tomorrow we all are screwed!
Take it easy, plan your trip for the right time, try to avoid big holidays and travel with your family of small group of friends (don’t bring your whole graduation party with you).

Happy Tuesday Ya’ll!! Well, the swell we were all so excited for that actually started to show last night came in a little more today however it was pretty ripped out with the low tide in the AM and it was running pretty fast and a bit walled up. Checked around some of the other..
Happy Sunday Funday everyone! Super stoked to announce that we have all of our normal conditions back and it was throttling out there this morning. Absolutely beautiful conditions, complete with offshore winds and pumping surf! Jump in with us!
