While keeping all our rental properties in prime shape and ready for your next vacation we go to the beach to check out the surf at least twice per day for two reasons:

Reason #1: We want to surf! The bug is still strong in all of us, specially living at Hacienda Iguana right in front of Colorado.

Wait, hold on, take you turn... too many people at once will leave everyone with a bad taste of Nicaragua. As I said, there are plenty of waves but if all of you decide to come tomorrow we all are screwed!

Take it easy, plan your trip for the right time, try to avoid big holidays and travel with your family of small group of friends (don't bring your whole graduation party with you).
