Nicaragua Surf Report for Sunday, September 30, 2012

Hey everyone, Brian here bringing the report to you this last day of September. We had plenty of size for the waves here today but the winds weren't cooperating again. Solid swell with sets around double overhead, but the wind was onshore/sideshore, mostly onshore, and hardly anyone out in the water today. Take a look and you can see why.

Miles and his friend Andrew, took advantage of the no crowd factor and caught a few waves in between the sets. Miles is usually riding motocross but decided to take a break and come down to Nicaragua and test his surfing skills. Not bad for an onshore day.

This girl was surfing by herself for awhile, catching waves with no one around. Even when it's onshore you can still have a fun session out here!

Chapin, made it out and dropped into a couple big frothy rights.

If you no it's gonna be onshore, plan ahead like these guys, bring your X-box, and play video games and drink Tona until it goes back offshore haha.

Or you can take a walk on the beach and have your boyfriend take pictures of you with the scenic backdrops Nicaragua has to offer.

Alright folks, that's it for today, nobody left in the water, I guess everyone's saving their energy for the rest of the week. Looks like after tomorrow, the forecast is calling for steady offshores for the next 10 days! How nice, all the tourists are gone and the beach will be empty with epic surf, I know where i'll be!
