PLAYA COLORADO
We have a stormy Monday today. The onshore wind continues and we had a bit or rain. @tonyzphotos reporting.
There were actually a few fun looking sections on occasion. But the darker water color is keeping most people out of the water.
The ocean looking a little angry in this shot.
Looking to the left you can barely see the Giants foot behind the rain squall.
No takers at the bar for happy hour.
And Pili’s staff closing up the restaurant for a month. Everyone is taking a much needed break. The bar will still be open for October.
The resovoir is full with water upstream and will continue the estuary to push out water for months. Let’s hope for a break in the weather soon. See you in the morning.

Hey everyone! Welcome to Saturday’s surf report from Colorados. The waves were about the same size as yesterday, maybe a touch smaller. The wind was offshore and favorable all day. I took pictures around mid-day, so the sun was blazing and crowd was light.
Hey amigos! Josh back in town and behind the lens today and tomorrow. The waves still had size this Friday and the wind was offshore pretty much all day. The streak of consistent, quality waves continues. Aiden setting up for a big blast off the top in today’s opening frame here.

Hi everyone! Welcome to Saturday afternoon’s surf report from Playa Colorado. The waves were definitely better (in power and consistency) than yesterday which made for really fun conditions.
Welcome back! After yesterdays rare but highly missed and much needed magic swell that came with a nice little break from all the constant onshore winds, it was no surprise to see it back again today. However, there was still some decent swell in the water.
Hey all and welcome back to the daily surf report here in lovely Nicaragua. It is a beautiful day out and the waves have some juice so everyone can get a sip. Come take a look and check out a bit of the before noon surf session and vibes.
