Tony Z led the charge in the light onshore conditions this morning. Being the photographer, he deserves his own report which he pretty much gets today haha. He earned it though!

Tony Z is often known for his special “one and done” surf sessions, but today he was staying really busy out there.

An unknown surfer making use of the end section with a well timed floater.

Tony staying light yet strong on his feet with this turn. He was consistently doing a good job of kicking his back foot through his turns.

He wasn’t even letting the little inside sections get away. Man on a mission.

Lucy must’ve been inspired by Tony’s backhand onslaught, as she followed suit and executed a well timed end section turn here.

After reviewing this morning’s photos, I’d say Vinny is the master of frontside wraps. He seems to be quite comfortable on this boards rail.

Anotha one. I hope your screen brightness wasn’t too high here! Blinding whitewater haha

This guy closed this right out nicely with a flared out rooster tail.

Tony Z’s move of the day inbound…

Perfectly executed Tony. I don’t see anything you could’ve changed mechanic wise here!

Whappah! After watching these guys get some good waves I nearly was sold on going out myself haha. The wind came up quickly though.

Tag that lip!

Although I think Tony Z was the champ today, this guy got a pretty sick combo on this wave. He led with a speedy down the line floater, making use of the crumbly sections generated by the onshore.

Then he took the air for the finishing move. I was impressed with how high he got given that the section he projected off of wasn’t ideal.

The champ! Well done Tony! The real question is if you’ll do me a solid and surf again tomorrow morning so I can have some quality content for the report haha. The forecast is looking pretty rough until maybe Sunday the 8th, but hopefully the morning sessions aren’t too windy and offer up some opportunity for the surfers here presently. See y’all tomorrow.
RECENT REPORTS

Hello Monday, the winds weren’t offshore as predicted, but we did get some light swirling side shores which helped keep some shape. @tonyzphotos reporting.
FROM THE ARCHIVES

What would you say if you looked at today’s surf report and I told you it was October 4th? Would you believe me, or would you think I just thew up a photo from back in June to get you all excited, but today we went back to our “like clock work typical” rainy month..
