Ok, so maybe it was a little bigger than shoulder high. John cranking the log off the bottom on a set wave!
The slight onshore wind made for some pretty playful lip sections to rip. This guy packed some serious speed into this turn.
Warm water, playful conditions, sunny skies…there’s really no better way to spend a day.
It’s looking like the weather may turn and give us some more rain and onshore conditions early in the week. Those who are here to surf are making the most of these conditions while they last.
What time is it?
It was a proper skate park out there and this guy was putting on a show.
Coiled and eyeing that next section.
And taking heaps of speed into the top turn.
Meanwhile on the left up the beach Ryan was sticking drops and makin’ movies.
We were super stoked on this sequence and especially loved the steeze on this bottom turn.
…making the section with eaze.
Pocket rides are fun too!
A few good ones even went by unridden. From the NSR team we hope you’re having a safe and fun-filled weekend out there! We’ll see you tomorrow.
RECENT REPORTS
Hey amigos! Welcome to Tuesday’s surf report from Panga Drops. This lady either ended up a bit later than anticipated or misunderstood what it means to get barreled haha! I’ve got to give her credit for looking at this wave though. You don’t know if you don’t go (or at least look at going).
FROM THE ARCHIVES
