PLAYA COLORADO
Hello everyone, this is Baldo with today’s surf report. The onshore continues but the waves are still pumping here. Check it out.
After two weeks out of commission with personal and family medical issues, I’m back at the beach ready to show you how the waves are in Nicaragua.
I didn’t make it on time to the beach to take photos but as you all already know, here at NSR we are a good team and we support each other so, Hot Carl took the photos in the morning and I’m in charge of writing the report.
The onshore was light and the waves had a good size, but the best part was the thin crowd… just a few guys enjoying the empty beach.
A couple of boogieboarders were out there making the best out of their vacation. Yes, everyone comes for the offshore winds but it wasn’t that bad.
The rights were opening really good despite the conditions, with decent peaks breaking both ways.
The left were shorter and with less punch.
The rights don’t look bad at all… just by looking at these pictures I’m getting itchy to get back in the water!
Put your hands up if you are having a great time!
Look! a small barrel! This guy cannot raise his hands to show us he’s having a great time but I bet he had a big smile after this session.
Did I say that the rights were more punchy? Beware, Colorado is almost always punchy, some days more punchier than others.That’s it for today folks, see you tomorrow with more surfing from Nicaragua!
