Somewhere in Nicaragua
Welcome everybody to the surf report for today, we are “Lucha and Panic” reporting from out here at Maderas. It’s chest to shoulder high on sets and the wind is offshore. Check it out.
Today all the locals were out having fun. Here is Larry “Carita de Venado” Davila getting in and under the lip on a nice left.
How about Oliver “El Monito” Solis getting a cool air. He fells like 20’s year old kid surfing like that.
Pedro “El Cacaste” Flores was improving his maneuvers today. That’s him in the background going big.
Young Rex “La Bestia” Calderon was the man today. Check this shot out, he looks like slatter with that move.
Augusto “La Gaviota” Chamorro keeps practicing for the future contests. Here he is going off the top with a cool floater.
Armando “El Codo” Lopez wants to say hi to his “MATA OSO”, here he is going right. Hey H.Thompson i just kidding!!!
Luis “La Baloy” Chamorro is getting so much famous down here in Nicaragua. This guy on the beach was watching his show to learn from one of the best Nicaraguan surfers.

Hey amigos! Welcome to Monday’s surf report from French Fries. The waves were pretty much firing when I rocked up to take pictures, but just like yesterday the wind went side-shore as soon as I put the camera away. At least some surfers caught the magic window.

Today was one of the most beautiful days ever in Nicaragua – not too hot, a slight offshore breeze and perfect blue skies. The only thing we were missing were waves, which after a month of bad weather, were nonexistent on this marvelous day. Nevertheless, it was a beach day and people were taking advantage.
