PLAYA COLORADO
It’s the weekend! Time to get spooky with this Halloween weekend upon us!! Last night it was raining hard and it got nice for an hour or two this morning before the storm clouds rolled back through and it got a bit drizzly. Still feels like it’s gonna rain more today but for now we have some nice sunshine.
Gonzalo hitting the lip on the back wave while somebody is popping up in the front, tricky to get the camera settings right when the clouds are coming and going gotta make sure you’re actively adjusting.. this one was a bit over exposed but still nice.
Ruben Mora is an expert level player and is a professional playing for the Nicaragua National team, he’s been teaching some lessons here on the weekend so if you’re interested let me know and I can give you some details. Here is Istiana working on some attacking skills while the boys watch on.
Rain clouds above and some onshore winds making it look a bit messy out there but the twins are loving their time in the ocean shredding the gnar!
Better believe it!! He went out and caught a bunch of waves on his Bat-mobile surf edition.
Looks like Robin out there handling the closeout section with ease, and giving Carlito a vision of where he’ll be in a handful of years with steady practice.
Looks like the forecast is calling for some more swell to arrive maybe Tuesday or Wednesday so hopefully the wind cooperates and we can get some awesome days of surf in the near future.
Lucas after getting in on the V-Ball lessons was out there to get a surf in as well, what a life!!
These guys came out of the water and decided to play a quick game of Volley as well. Look at that diving play!! Yeah buddy!
Wave of the morning maybe in my opinion would go to this gentleman who was out getting some fun ones, this one however was a gem. First with the attack of the lip and then..
Not the biggest or best barrel I’ve seen here.. but on a day where there were not any tubes for this guy to find one at the end of an already sick wave was the cherry on top. Okay ya’ll love ya and appreciate ya coming by to check us out. Ya’ll have a great day and an awesome spooky weekend.

Welcome to 2025 everyone! Happy New Year! Josh back behind the lens for the next few days. I basically pulled an all-nighter and woke up early to surf after the late night fiesta. The lineup was empty even at 8:00am and the waves were fun. I surfed then took photos.
