Check out that little A-frame that once in a while broke on the north side of Colorado, looks like a fun place to be with a longboard.
Colorado was not offering a great surf report material (as it usually is) so I decided to go check out other spots.
We couldn’t have an international surf competition without the Sand Ceremony, where every country that is participating brings sand from one of their beaches and, one by one, put all the sands together representing the unity between all surfing nations. Here is Rex Calderon and Valentina Resano representing Nicaragua in these Olympic Games.
The NSR Team, and probably all the NSR fans around the world, wishes the Nicaraguan Surf Team only the best! (Sad that the waves are tiny!) **Photos taken from FENISURF facebook page, by Jerson Barbosa.
There were just a few guys out, catching mostly only the lefts. It doesn’t look that bad, right?
There were also a few people on the sand enjoying the day her at Santana.
Looks like it’s going to be this small for a whole week until Santa brings some swell right for Christmas… exactly what I put on my Christmas list. Happy Holidays!
RECENT REPORTS
Hey everyone! Welcome to Tuesday’s surf report from Panga Drops, once again we’re talking French Fries. The waves were smaller today, but the shape was arguably slightly better than yesterday. The wind was also a touch lighter.
Hey amigos! Josh back behind the lens for next set of days. Monday’s surf report is coming your way from Panga Drops, specifically “French Fries”. The swell was close to non-existent, but Pangas did its magic and magnified the lackluster size into something playful and shreddable.
FROM THE ARCHIVES
Greetings beloved NSR community and welcome to another edition of the Nicaragua Surf Report. Today the 1-2 ft forecast is more accurate than the last few days with waves running in the knee to waist high range. We’ve had both sun and rain as a little system swirls around us.
