The NSR Surf School took a couple of new friends out to shred some waves. This is Mo doing his thing in his first day out on a board. That’s pretty sick dude!!!
This is Benjamin with a solid ride all the way in to the beach. He was also killing it this morning, putting in practice all the knowledge submitted by Oliver.
Did we mention that the water was chilly? There were a few guys wearing full wetsuits because the winds made the water feel way colder than it was. Salchichas anyone?
Usually when the water is chilly and the waves are small, lots of fish and seashells come to the shore and that is one of the best seasons to go out and crush it. Good luck folks, because we need a good lunch.
There were a few other biginners trying to get some waves on their own. Here is caught this chick knee riding this little nugget. It is all about having fun, I guess!!!
Corage was also part of the salchicha team, and was trying to get Don Bigote’s chick into the team. Watch out buddy, Don Bigote’s is not going to be happy!
We guess, this was one of the best way to stay warm. Giving big abrazos to your chick and your little sister. It is nice to see some family love on the beach!
The last action shot of the day goes to this unknwon rider, picking up one of the cleaner waves of the day. Hopefully we’ll get a little bit of more size tomorrow, so stay tuned with us.
NSR would like to extend a giant welcome to the newest member of our family: “Soleil Indi” was born early this morning in St. Augustine, FL and weighed in at exactly 7lbs. Both mommy and baby are healthy and are doing great. Daddy and Safari couldn’t be happier about “baby sissy”. If we are a little slow answering emails for the next day or so, you know why!
RECENT REPORTS
Hey amigos! Josh back behind the lens for next set of days. Monday’s surf report is coming your way from Panga Drops, specifically “French Fries”. The swell was close to non-existent, but Pangas did its magic and magnified the lackluster size into something playful and shreddable.
FROM THE ARCHIVES
Hi folks, we’ve got Miguel with the Monday surf report. Today we drove up a little bit north trying to find some fun waves. It was running about chest to head high with some occasional over head waves on sets but it was very disorganized. The wind was howling offshore and back to side shore..
