It was mid tide going down when I got to the beach and as soon as I saw this first wave I knew it was going to be a good surf report to write.

There were some clouds here and there and the sun was getting high and strong really quick so, all the surfers were trying to find some shade… and they found a lot!

We had a nice breeze that made the surf smooth and easy.

As I said, today was a good day to be in the water, with tons of waves peelling off both ways just like this.

Here at Colorado we follow all the protocols to keep everyone healthy and safe… this is an example of a Party Wave respecting the social distancing.

We try to spray all the bad vibes away for the (mental) health of our community and visitors.

The waves were smaller than yesterday, but the barrels were still there, wide and open as we love to see them.

The barrels were opening really nice, not too fast and a lot of them offering a clean way out.

And if the surfers didn’t make it out of a barrel, at least they got to ride inside these little beasts for a few seconds before getting clamp.

Wave after wave, barrel after barrel, smile after smile… it was a great day to be surfing.

Also a great day to take the kids out to play on the beach and in the river.

Are you guys ready to come to Nicaragua to get your well deserved barrels?

Pretty soon all the commercial flights will open back again, and at NSR we are ready to help you have a smooth surf vacation in Nicaragua. See you soon!!
RECENT REPORTS

Hello Wednesday, I checked Panga Drops mid morning and the wind was blowing pretty stiff and sideshore. Still plenty of swell in the water. @tonyzphotos reporting.
