Hey everybody and welcome to to the weekend report at NSR! This is Parker bringing you today’s shots. Check it out!
The waves stayed in the stomach high range. Meanwhile, the offshores were not taking a holiday vacation…
What’s fuller, his turkey filled belly or the small barrel with a big man???
The early morning line up was empty. Maybe folks were sleeping off their big dinners? Get out and enjoy a couple rollers before sunset!
Roger is still in the holiday spirit! He threw up a shaka for the camera.
It looks like Santa’s sleigh is making a pit stop in Iguana. See you again next year, Santa!
While the waves are smaller and the winds aren’t helping, come check out our moto selection at NSR! There are a couple beaches you can moto to and change it up. Or, take it easy and grab a delicious dinner at Mag Rock, La Scala, or Yolanda’s Cafe.
For Christmas, the Golf Condos hosted a pot luck dinner. All of the Iguana residents came out for delicious food, great company, and a fun time! Keep scrolling down to check out some shots.

A big congrats to Ceaser’s family for moving their pulperia inside Iguana! Check them out in the commercial center for some quick goodies, yummy food, or good vibes.
Lynn and Barry are spending their winter break in Nicaragua together. It’s great to see y’all again! Watch out for Lynn pulling into triple overhead barrels…
NSR wants to say a see you later to Carl’s family March, Joel, and Henry. Safe travels home to Canada, enjoy the El Nino snow, and hopefully see y’all in the summer!!
The Golf Condos have some of the cutest babies (even more not pictured). In a few years, Tuhi, on the left, will be the Nicaragua’s number one rugby prospect and Little T, on the right, will be the next star Nica Surf Shots photographer.
How many Christmas parties have you attended with a mariachi band?!?! You may want to look into coming to Nicaragua for your next holiday… Thank you for coming out amigos!

Happy 4th of July! The size of the surf dropped notably today. There were still good sets, but patience was key (again). Hard to believe there were no takers on this one!
Hey amigos! Welcome to Thursday’s surf report from Playa Colorado. I saw some of the biggest sets of the year today. There were epic moments, but it was still a bit slow between the high quality waves.
