Today I woke up with the sound of a message on my phone... usually I don't give a sh*t about that sound if I'm sleeping but something told me that it was important, so I checked it.

The message was from Brian "Frankensfoot" Scott (today is his day off) basically threatening me that if I didn't show up in the next hour, he will do the report.

How can I react to that? Still in my bed, my first thought was "f*ck the report, I'm going surfing!" but as soon as I stood up I heard my knee telling me "no, we're not there yet" so, I had my coffee, some breakfast and headed to the beach with the camera, not the board.

Ok, not all the waves were perfect, there were some big close-outs but still allowed you to ride it for a little moment before exploding.

The tides was going down really fast and the waves started to go a bit faster but it wasn't a big deal for most of the local surfers.

If the waves get faster, just aim for the shoulders and you can still get a massive barrel.
