PLAYA COLORADO
Hello everyone, I hope everyone is holding on and staying safe and healthy. Today the waves were on the shitty side, they had a good size but they were closing out everywhere, just check this wave, how many peaks can you count?? Limitless barrels!
Happy April Fool’s Day!… Colorado was on fire! It was a great morning with barrels everywhere!
Of course, Kevin Cortes was out, or maybe a should say In, because he spent more time inside those barrels than anyone else!
Hot Carl was in too… this was his last day of the morning, after 4 hours in the water!
I wonder how many barrels like this Hot Carl got throughout his 4-hour session?
NSR’s poster boy as Happy as he can be!
Dominic is not used to this kind of waves but he’s definitely getting better at it… if you don’t know him, he’s one of the best professional wakeboarder in the world, follow him at @dominiclagace to see more of his work.
I’m pretty sure Bryan got some nice barrels but he got out right after I got to the beach… this was the last wave and the last maneouver of his morning.
It’s rare to see longboards at Colorado, specially with these amazing conditions, but this guy has been hang-fiving it for the last few weeks!
Check him out with his longboard… very comfortable deep inside the barrel.
Mateo was a having a break from his new job as Homeschool Principal.

There was only one girl in the water, she got a few really nice waves!
After taking photos I decided to go catch some waves for myself, Here I go on a steep drop… right after I got pummeled! Thanks for the photo Brian Scott!
